Problem on National Examination

        In this year, 2013, National Examination for Senior High School and Vocatioanl high School in Indonesia is different with year before. What happened ? Why it happened ? That question certain appear. And I will give you some info to answer the question. 

         In 2013, National Examination can't be executed together like ever. It happened because 11 Province in Indonesia still not yet receipt the manuscript of National Examination. They are :Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Selatan, Bali, Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Selatan and Gorontalo. PT Ghalia Indonesia Printing as printer the manuscript of National Examination gets delay about technic. 

       Cabinet Minister of Educational and Cultural ( Muhammad Nuh) assure of secrecy the questions of National Examination in 11 Province that delay their National Examination. 20 variant of question won't  infuence to confidentiality of question. Nuh explain that 20 variant is taken from 30 variant of question. So variant of question very multiple diverse for each class.

        Directur of PT Ghalia Indonesia Printing ( Hamzah Lukman) apologize about the technicals delay. He recognize that they get constrain during process the manuscript of National Examination. He admits, the biggest mistake is that he scored all scripts simultaneously for each province, so overwhelmed at the process of entering text into envelopes and boxes. The issue of lack of manpower also be one of the barriers.
